The phrase 'one of those' often causes me a degree of confusion.

Could someone be so kind as to check the following...

* 'Henry is the only one of runners who HAS finished the race'

* 'Henry is one of the candidates who ARE getting my vote (or votes)'

* 'One of the those theories IS relevant'
