One more sentence,please?

Although negotiation became ubiquitus in all spheres of life, and although it is especially important in the economic sense on the level of an individual as well as on the level of a firm or even a state, a lot of us do not consider ourselves competent enough or we even shrink from actually positive conflict-resolving proces.

1. Should I replace a lot of us with a lot of people, and then continue ''consider themelves..or they even shrink from..''

2. Should I change conflict-resolving process to process which resolves conflicts or process by which conflicts are resolved

3. May I get rid of in all spheres of life since ubiquitous covers that meaning, or can I leave it as it is?

4. All suggestions are more than welcome!

Thank you

Hello Antonia

Maybe:

"Although negotiation has now become ubiquitous, and although it is especially important in the economic sense at an individual as well as a corporate or even national level, many people do not consider themselves qualified to engage in active conflict resolution. Some, indeed, even avoid it."

If the translation is open enough to take a slightly different revision, built upon MrPedantic's ...

"Although negotiation has now become ubiquitous, and especially important on economic issues, many individuals on the personal, corporate, even national level do not feel competent enough to engage in active conflict resolution. Some even avoid it."
