Is it correct :
Web application which goal is to help manage educational sections at my university department. ?

I am a little confused about which/whose after my previous post here

It needs to be "Web application, the goal of which is to ..." or "Web application, whose goal is to ...".

As I told you in the other thread, there is no idea of of in which.
