One little question

Can I say that someone's gesture or facial exrepssion is "histrionic" at all?
From what I know of,
that word can only be applied to describing someone's way of acting or aura, not something as simple as a smile or a hand gesture. But I'm not sure.

GCheng620 Can I say that someone's gesture or facial exrepssion is "histrionic" at all? That seems reasonable, but of course I would like to see the specific sentence that you have in mind.
