"This won't be no where near to be called fair"

"It is probable that they won't be able to make profit because of the new robbery system, which is no where near to be called fair."
It's a game I play. The scripters want our opinions on the robbery system before implementing it.

... which is nowhere near fair.
... which cannot be called fair.
... which cannot possibly be called fair.
... which cannot be called anything like fair.

(Note that "nowhere" is one word.)
