One item after "such" and "like" OK?

Hi. Would you say it is OK (or correct) to write just one thing (or item) after the words "such" and "like"?

It is the same as other action verbs such as/like "kick."

Would you say that what comes before the last item in a list-like structure, after the phrase "for example," should be the conjunction "and" or would you say both the conjunction "and" and "or" can be used before the last item?
