One, is, are
Hi,
I assume the following couple of sentences are correct
'One of them IS going'
'One of those theories IS correct'
'Only one of theories HAS any validity'
Why then is are used in the following (assuming these too are correct)
'Ryan is one of them that ARE going'
'Incrementalism is one of those theories that ARE correct'
Any help would be welcome!
