One Hour earlier?

Hi,
Let's say I work as a teacher and I always have a class at 3, but tomorrow I want my students to come one hour earlier( at 2) OR later (at 4). How can I ask them to do so? But I don't want to use numbers, I DON"T WANT TO SAY, Come tomorrow at 2 or 4. I want to say something like: Tomorrow's class is moved one hour earlier or later??? I'm not sure if it's correct.
2- How can I tell them that this change is permanent ?

Thank you, CalifJim. I guess the opposite in this sentence would be (later) as well, right? "Starting tomorrow, class will be an hour later".

Starting [tomorrow / next Tuesday / on Friday / next month],
class will [be / begin / be held / meet]
[an hour / two hours / half an hour / 20 minutes / ...]
[earlier / later].
