Grammar

One grammar question, plz.

Dear brothers and sisters,
I have one question:
example:
- It is 12 if I do not remember wrong
- It is 12 if I do not remember it wrong
- It is 12 if I do not remember wrongly
Two sentences have the different meaning, haven't they ?
I feel somthing freak in the first sentence.
What is the role of "wrong", what does it support for ?? I just guest there is a hidden object that it supports for.
Please help me answer !
Goose.

Hi Goose. All are correct and have the same meaning; both 'wrong' and 'wrongly' are adverbs modifying 'remember'. The 'it' in the middle sentence represents '12' and is elided in the other two sentences.
