one glasses

I know that we can say "I have one pair of glasses." or "I have only one pair of jeans."

Is it possible just to say "I have one glasses." or "I have only one jeans."?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you, CB.

I asked this question because in London in a shop of glasses I had heard a man (who looked like an Englishman) said "I need only one glasses" when the shop assistant offered him one more. Maybe it's not grammatically correct but it's acceptable for spoken language?

No. I can't imagine a native speaker saying this, unless it was to be deliberately silly or ironic. (Perhaps the man you heard was a foreigner cleverly disguised to look like an Englishman?)
