One extremely confusing sentence..

'Has she had her tonsils taken out yet?' 'has she has her tonsils taken out yet?'

Which one is grammatical? If both of them are which one sounds more natural?

Oh and what's that word again....idiomatic or something.... which means speaking like a

native english speaker.......
