'one day' vs 'some day'

Could you tell me which one is right between (A)~(F) in the folloiwng sentence? Thank you.

1. [ (A) Someday / (B) One day ] I will see Paris.
2. [ (C) Someday / (D) One day ] a cure for HIV will come.
3. I knew your efforts would be rewarded l [ (E) someday / (F) One day].
