One / another

Hi,

Does the following sentence sound okay?

I am not sure about the underlined parts. Note that the company has a total of six subsidiaries.

The company sold its ownership stake (30%) in its one US subsidiary, Maxwell Inc., in return for an increased ownership in its another US subsidiary, Diego LLC.

Thanks,

MG.
