Hi

Who are your family members?

- They are my parents, one brother and I.
- They are my parents, a brother and I.

- They are my parents, my brother and I.

I would say that all are correct, grammatically - there's no real difference between the first two. However, in using one of the first two, it appears that the speaker does not know the brother well
