Rover gave you the correct answer. I would just like to add that one is commonly omitted after superlatives,
that, this, these, those, either, neither, another, which, etc.

Examples:
Either (one) is correct.
Neither (one) is good.
I have to agree with you on this (one).
Which (one) do you like best?
