Once you have completed//complete

Once you filling out the form, please Proceed to the main hall to the left of the lobby.

Hi,

I wonder if I could fill in the above blank with "complete" and "have completed." If yes, are there different meanings between them? If not, why not? Thanks.

No difference in meaning. Nevertheless, to my ear the first seems a little curt, and the second seems more polished.
