Vocabulary

"once in a while", "sometimes", and "occasionally"

Hi,

Can you help me with these questions?
1)
I do not watch TV often.
I sometimes watch TV.
Which is more frequent? The first or the second?

2)
Do "once in a while", "sometimes", and "occasionally" refer to the same frequency?
When translated into my mother tongue, once in a while and occasionally mean the same frequency, and sometimes means more frequent than those two.
