Grammar

Once

Could you please tell me which one is correct from below sentences or does it have different meanings? 1. Once you give it to me I'll do 2. Once you gave it me I'll do it 3. Once you gave it to me I have done it. Thanks.

Dear Sir, They are all wrong but 1 is almost right. Just add "it" at the end, and it will be a good first conditional sentence. The other two sentences are nonsense because their grammar is wrong.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Could you please give more examples for this? If the 2nd activity is past, how could we make the sentence?

Dear Sir,

Sorry but I am confused as to how you would like me to help you further. I recommend studying the grammar of the zero, 1, 2, and 3 conditionals, and doing some grammar exercises to perfect their use. They are taught in all mainstream English grammar books, and you can find explanations on many EFL websites.

Kind regards, Michael
