[on/by] [security camera/a security camera/security cameras]

I have made up the sentences below.

(1a) Your actions were recorded by security camera.

(1b) Your actions were recorded by a security camera.

(1c) Your actions were recorded by security cameras.

(2a) Your actions were recorded on security camera.

(2b) Your actions were recorded on a security camera.

(2c) Your actions were recorded on security cameras.

May I ask two questions?

(A) Which preposition is correct: on or by?

(B) Which form is correct: "by security camera", "by a security camera" or "by security cameras"?

Please answer my questions. I really appreciate your time and help. Thank you.
