On/at a market

Hi

Is it on or at a market? On/at a flea market? You buy goods at/on a market?

I somehow learned that it's "on", but now I'm thinking it has to be "buy goods at a market"

Thanks!

At. 'In' is also possible, depending on the context. In some countries, I think people do most of their shopping at markets.

Buy things

at the farmers' market
at the grocery store
