On worries that
"Dubai crude oil prices have nearly hit the 120-dollar per barrel mark on worries that the continuing stand-off between Iran and the West may disrupt the world supply of oil." " Worries" is plural, isn't it? Why just one fact is followed, then? I am really confused now. Thanks in advance.
