Today is on April 1th. If I refer to April 5th ti April 7th, should I say " on these three days or in these three days?

e.g.,

Please mark your calendars for April 5th through the 7th. On these three days, we will be offering free flu shots to the employees in the Bendix Room.


But, if you had accomplished some task and were discussing it later, you might say,
