On the use of topmost

Dear All,

Suppose I am revising the results of a survey and one of the possible answers to a certain question received an high consensus. Can I refer to it as "the topmost answer"? Would a potential reader interpret is as the answer which has been selected by the mostpart of the person interviewed?
