On the premise

Hi.

I am translating an article about "cloud computing" and I ran into this paragraph, but I could not understand what "to have it on the premise" means . Would any one help ?

With IP and SIP in place, it can be as easy to have the PBX
in the cloud as it is to have it on the premise.
