On the point of death/dieing.

He is on the point of death.

He is on the point of dieing.

Which one of the above is correct.

Neither sentence sounds very natural to me, BoP. I don't like using "on the point of" as you've used it. You also need to correct your spelling: die --> dying.

You also need to correct your spelling: die --> dying.

I think these would be better ways of saying what you want to say:

He is on the verge of death/dying.
He is at death's door.

He is on the point of dying. I understand it as if a man is going to die. Strange...

As a noun, I'd use the following:
to be on the verge of death.

I would phrase the first sentence: "He is at the point of death".
"He is on the point of dying" seems fine to me.
