On the move vs. on the go

Hi

I find these two idioms (roughly) synonymous: on the move and on the go meaning very busy

Could you please give you take on these two?

(Frustrated lady of the house)

I've been on the move all day, and I'm really tired.

I've been on the go all day, and I'm really tired.

Thanks,

Tom

Mr. I've been on the go all day, and I'm really tired. My take is that they are synonymous there.
