'on the horizon' or to 'come to the horizon'?

Please tell me if writing about the launch of futuristic online game I can use in the title 'on the horizon' and say:

The official launch of the Space online game to come on the horizon.

or better:

The official launch of the Space online game on the horizon.

Hi, If it's a title, start each word with a capital letter. But you don't need a capital for 'space'. Clive
