Shall I write: This Agreement was concluded in X on the day of 13 March, 2008 OR on the day of March 13, 2008?

I guess there are different ways of saying the same, "on the day of..." is only one of them Emotion: wink

I meant that it sounds redundant and unnecessary to say 'I was born on the day of October 7th., 1975'.
Instead, the natural thing is just to say 'I was born on October 7th., 1975'.

( Of course, lawyers like Emglish that is redundant and unnecessary, don't they? )
