on the basis of

Hello,

I have a problem with the following sentence:

Regular supervision over the negotiation as it develops and, finally, concrete results of negotiation are ensured on the basis of such established procedures in preparation for negotiation, analysis of agreement reached, unifying (of) stances, concessions and approvals for concluding the contracts.

"On the basis" should refer to all underlined parts of this sentence. Is that clear from my sentence?

Can you, please, help me? Thank you

Not clear, use:

Regular supervision over the negotiation as it develops and, finally, concrete results of negotiation are ensured on the basis of established procedures in preparation for negotiation, such as/e.g. analysis of agreement reached, unifying (of) stances, concessions and approvals for concluding the contracts.

Thank you Marius.
But, if you add "such as/e.g." you change the meaning, "established procedures" are not "analysis of..." or "unifying stances" or "concessions and approvals".

Then I was wrong. However, I don't like the original sentence, I'd suggest using a (bulleted) list:
