The whole sentence is "Can we hit him on the 50?", some US  soldiers in a kind of armored car are chasing a couple of terrorists, then a sarge asked his man this.So what does that mean? Before this, they said "He is on our 11."

Sounds like coordinates on a map.  Maybe they're watching him on radar and plan to release a guided missile.

You need to provide the complete context. For example, if this is from a movie or TV show? If so which one? What is the surrounding dialog and situation? Etc., etc.

Still, to say "someone is on our eleven" is usually used to mean that they are slightly to the left of straight ahead. Picture a clock laid flat on the ground with twelve o'clock at the top as you look at it. That makes twelve o'clock straight ahead and six o'clock directly behind you. By analogy the other numbers indicate various directions relative to your current heading.

It's from the movie 'Stop-loss', they are chasing some terrorists and trying to shoot them.

I know what 'on the 11' mean, but it seems not the same thing as 'on the 50'.
