"on-stage kitchen"

Hi,

I am not sure what I am supposed to see from this "on-stage kitchen." Do you have any idea?

Delicious and quick pasta dishes and salads prepared in the on-stage kitchens and flatbread pizza pulled piping hot from the ovens at this food court marketplace on the Paradise Pier boardwalk.

Thank you,

M

I can only guess. Some restaurants have their kitchens visible to the customers, and actually make a big performance out of the prepration. I have seen flying pizzas, where you watch the chef toss the dough up in the air, spinning and stretching it into a beautiful round platter.

  • Wow, what a kitchen performance!

Teppanyaki!

Thank you for the reply, it sounded convining enough.
