On-site

The hotel has lots of extras, including a spa, health center and beauty shop, on-site.

Hi,

Is it right to understand the above as "the hotel has lots of equipments inside itself, including a spa, health center and beauty shop, in which customers have to pay extra money when they use any one of them?" Thanks.

Hi, This hotel includes a lot of advantages, such as luxuries, that require you to pay more if you want to use them. Extra indicates that these pluses are not standard or usual—hence the additional payment. Regards

I don't think that you necessarily have to pay for them (though that is obviously true for the beauty parlor). An 'extra' can simply be an amenity over and above what is normally expected
