Hi

Is there any phrase like second thoughts? I read it in a famous novel PS: I love you.

Are these the same?

On second thought, I will stay here.
On second thoughts, I will stay here.

Those are part of different idioms.
"On second thought..." While changing one's mind.
"I'm having second thoughts about..." Considering a change.

Search results suggest that "on second thoughts" prevails in the UK while "on second thought" is more common in the US. I only ever use the former (actually the latter sounds incorrect to me, though I am aware that some speakers use it).
