On our side-? In our hand-? On our end-?

Hi there-!!

When I have a conversation with foreiners through email, they use above expressions.

I guess that these are the same, but I hope to make sure more with a native speaker.

Ex. We will arrange the meeting on our side/in our hand/on our end.

Thank you in advance.

Andrew Jung We will arrange the meeting on our side/in our hand/on our end. I do not think they are native English foreigners; they are certainly not good writers, since all of those phrases are irritatingly redundant. This is all that is necessary and sufficient: We will arrange the meeting .
