On or to?
If they try to charge something on/to a card and it won't work for whatever reason (not enough funds etc) they just say 'it's been rejected'.

Thanks I would say the following. charge it to my card put it on my card pay with my card But I won't be surprised if some say 'charge on'.

pay with my card
