Dear all,
I have saved many files on my laptop.
I have saved many files in my laptop.

I have saved many files on my pen drive.
I have saved many files in my pen drive

'On' and 'in' are both correct. I prefer 'on'.

I would use "on" there. "in" sounds wrong to me.

I might also use "to" in the second case.
