On or at?

Setting a payoff for my coaching business, and got confused. The coaching is aimed at gradually t improving your quality of life.

The options I am considering are:

Life On The Next Level
or
Life At The Next Level

Are there different implications here, that I as a non-native speaker is missing?

Thanks,

I think the poster wants to know the difference between life at the next level and life on the next level.
