People say "On or about 01 April" when they are unsure the exact date....
So, do we say "On or about April", or, "In or about April"?
I used to say "In or about April", but somebody said we should say "On or about April" beucase "on or about" itself is a term and we cannot change it to "in or about". However, I saw a solicitor wrote "in or about April" before, so which one is correct?
Thx.
