on next Tuesday

Hi,

Is it proper to use this phrase, "on next Tuesday"?

Like "On next Tuesday, I will go shopping."

You can omit the "On" and simply say "Next Tuesday, I will go shopping." Even if you reverse the order: "I will go shopping next Tuesday."

Or even remove the next and say: "On Twesday...I will/I will...on Twesday.".
