"On the way to reach you" is not very clear. What exactly do you mean?

We don't use "to" with "home." So it's "I'm on my way to work/to school/to the hospital/to the movies/to your house. . ." but simply "I'm on my way home."

So my sentence would be correct if I say On my way to school I saw a man riding bicycle.

Not quite, aseem.

On my way to school, I saw a man riding a bicycle.

I am on my way home.
: 'Home' is an adverb, so prepositions are not necessary.
