On my mind - sentence

"To make me sure about the last thing which is on my mind, I'd like to ask you..."

Is it correct to say this or should I substitute it for "in my mind"?

Thanks in advance.

"On my mind" is fine but your sentence is unidiomatic and needlessly long. I suggest: To be sure/certain about one last thing on my mind, I'd like to ask you.. CB

You are right, there are some redundant parts in the sentence that can be omitted.

Thank you, Cool Breeze.
