In the context: The client wants to look at our company profile. Can I say this to our Manager below?

I have shared our profile document with him on his request.

is "On his request" the perfect one for mentioned here?. I am not sure that the client requested us politely. In fact, The client asked me casually to share the profile. so what would be suitable here?

It's probably confusing because of "information available upon request." You say that you provide information upon request but once you answer a request, you send it to them at their request.
