on greeting

Dear Teachers, I would like to know whether I can greet my bereaved friend "Good morning" whose father died in the very morning?

Yes, you may, but do not do so too gleefully.

It sounds fine to me. It's just a standard greeting.
If it bothers you, just say eg Hello.

I hope that you will go on to express your sympathy for his loss.
