On-getter

Hi,

Would anyone please tell me what' one-getter means?

Context: The Simpsons- American cartoon.

A guy went to New York City and then decided to go back. He said , " One on-getter for the clickity clack please.".

Does on-getter refer to ticket? However I don't find the definition on some dictionaries.

Thank you!

Cletus the Yokel, ordering a train ticket, says, “One on-getter for the clickety-clack, please.”

He is supposed to be uneducated, so an on getter means something that gets you on. Yes, he is referring to a ticket. The clickety clack refers to the noise that a train makes.
