On Display In Prison Cell

Hey everybody. I was wondering if anybody could help me out here. A bride who was arrested on her wedding night for public intoxication "filed a complaint about the way she was treated in jail. She claims she was put on display in her cell because everyone wanted to see the bride who spent her wedding night behind bars."

Any idea if she means something specific by "put on display"? As in maybe they tied her up or something so inmates could stare? Or did she just mean inmates ignored her privacy?

Much obliged for any help on this!

Have a super day

They just ignored her privacy and let people into the jail to see her-- other policemen, photographers, etc.
