On day / during day

Hi,
which one is correct or more correct?
1) Your application can be properly handled on working days only from 7:30 to 16:00.
2) Your application can be properly handled only during working days from 7:30 to 16:00.

Thx,
Filip

I like the second choice for two reasons: placement of 'only'; use of 'during'. This doesn't mean the first choice is wrong!
