Why does this sentnce contain a dangling modifier?
To raise a good dog, patience is useful.
Is it because the question who is raising the dog remains unanswered.

Why does this sentence have a misplaced modifier?
A dog appeared in my dreams that sang like an angel.
Is it because the word "that" could refer to either "dreams or dog"
