Could you tell me if "On Business Of Software" is gramatically correct ?
does it make sense what's about in the UK, US Australia

I'm not sure which one is correct between On The Business of Software or On Business of Software

Hi Demrek; Titles have far fewer grammatical rules than full sentences. But the definite article is better here: On the business of software I infer that you are going to write a rather long article (or book) on the business aspects of developing, selling, and supporting software products.

What about for a web site ?

On Business Of Sofware sounds more catchy and less heavy sounding than
on THE business of software

For a web site, I would not use "on" - I would use:

The business of software
The software business

(It's the "on" that sounds heavy and academic.)
