Vocabulary

on break somewhere

Hello,
Does "I am currently on summer break in Switzerland" sound fine to you? Most people I know (including university students) go on holidays/vacations when they break up. They sound a little more natural to me. I am not Swiss, but I could say "I am planning to spend my/the summer break in Switzerland".
Thank you Emotion: smile

Thanks, Vic. Does that mean we can say both: "on summer/on a summer break"?

Thank you again.

Yes. 'summer break' or 'a summer break' pretty much the same thing.
