"...on both sides of the Atlantic" vs "...on both sides on the Atlantic"
Greetings,
I have always thought one would say "...on both sides of the Atlantic" rather than "...on both sides on the Atlantic", but I've just come across this example sentence in the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary:
Public attention was riveted on this topic on both sides on the Atlantic.
Would you please shed some light on this as to whether such usage is correct at all or not?
Many thanks.

I think it's just a typo.
